New super-annoying tactic by the NYPD, heard today on Clinton Street: Yelling at drivers through the rooftop speakers on their cars in addition to blaring their sirens. The sirens are bad enough but the “Go! Move!” exhortations really stretch the bounds of acceptable noise pollution.
