DumboNYC reports that artist/dog killer Tom Otterness’ Covered Wagon sculpture has been removed from its perch at the corner of Prospect and Washington Streets. The piece began its temporary run about a year ago amid controversy regarding a work from early in the artist’s career which centered around shooting a dog. (Photo: DumboNYC)
