These two very cheerful elves greeted my wife and me on Montague near Henry as we headed for the Greenmarket this morning. They were there as part of the Selfies with Elves promotion, part of the Montague BID’s “Small Business Saturday”. They were handing out “Shop Small” shopping bags; the cardboard bins were for donations of winter clothing.
