Build a Gingerbread House; Help Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity is “a global nonprofit housing organization working in nearly 1,400 communities across the United States and in approximately 70 countries around the world.” On Sunday, December 11 at 10:00 a.m. at Grace Church, 254 Hicks Street (between Joralemon and Grace Court), you and your children may help Habitat toward its goal of providing affordable housing for all by making a small donation and building a gingerbread house (construction material will be supplied). Representatives of Habitat will be there to talk about their work. This event coincides with the annual Christmas Party of Grace’s “Stroller Group”, but members of all faiths, or no faith, are invited.
