The Brooklyn Women’s Exchange (photo), 55 Pierrepont Street (between Hicks and Henry) has re-opened from its annual summer closure. The Exchange offers a wide variety of hand-crafted goods, including infants’ and children’s clothing, toys, jewelry, and household items, along with books of local interest and children’s books. See examples here. Store hours are 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, closed Monday, and 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
