    Late today I noticed that the garbage can (can this be the right term?) that’s usually on the SE corner of Hicks and Middagh had disappeared. It hadn’t migrated to the other side of the street or nearby.

    The I saw that, as far as I could tell, all the garbage cans on Hicks were gone. Anyone know what’s going on? The holiday was on Monday, so no “preventative action” would’ve been taken.

    No arch, its a total corruption of a spiral ing d own society. But any society is the result/consequence of the people in the society. Things like the library disaster are only outward symptomology of the real disease. Its simple, archie change the people, change the city….

    Ah yes, I do know…
    At any given point in my life there have always been people with the viewpoint “it’s a total corruption of a spiraling down society”, including myself in younger times. Is greed and corruption really any different now than in years past? I think not, just the Same Old BS.

    Warning neighbors!!! Detective McCluskey at the NYPD (cell 516- 780-3894) is searching for teenagers who are playing the “knockout game” on Joralemon. Also, there is a video of three males and a female surrounding a Heights resident trying to enter his home. Male resident had his key out and was punched so hard that he flew over a low fence, was sent to hospital and thus received many stitches. PLEASE keep a look out and if you have any information that might help him catch this group or put a stop to crime, call him.

    I have been hibernating in air conditioned isolation during the heat wave. Every time I thought about going out, I was told that if I did, I shouldn’t breathe. Anyone else heat-challenged?

    Just asked my 3.5yo if he’d ever like to go to space. His response: “No, I just want to stay in Brooklyn Heights.”
