Subway Service Alerts: Brooklyn Heights and Vicinity

It’s a green light weekend (Friday evening, January 22 to Monday morning, January 25) as there are no planned cancellations, route diversions, or station skips directly affecting service at any local stations.

The following week, late evenings from 10:00 p.m. to midnight Monday, January 25 to Thursday, January 28, 3 trains will not be running to or from Brooklyn; they will be stopping and starting at Chambers Street in Manhattan. Alternate service will be provided by 2 and 4 trains, so there will be service to and from Clark Street and at all platforms at Borough Hall. Those traveling to or from the interior of Brooklyn should know that 2 trains will not be running in either direction between Franklin and Flatbush avenues late nights (10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Monday, January 25 to Friday, January 29.) Shuttle buses will provide alternative service.

For planned service changes that may affect travel on other parts of the system, either during the weekend or the following week, see MTA Info or The Weekender.

No planned subway work, because it was all cancelled, due to the impending Snowpocalypse. Or Snowmageddon. Pick whichever term upsets you more.
