This is your last weekend to see the Heights Players’ production of Joseph Kesselring’s Arsenic and Old Lace, described as “the world’s first horror comedy”. featuring BHB contributor Marc “Weegee” Hermann in the role of Officer O’Hara.     Fyi, according to the Bargemusic website, it looks like Ms. Downes’s recital isn’t until Feb. 26.

    You’re right, of course. Bargemusic seems to be taking a winter break, with nothing scheduled until late February. When I looked at their website I didn’t think to check the dates. Hazards of posting late at night. Anyway, I’ve corrected the post; thanks for alerting me.
