    The days of someone using the R word whenever the left/liberal types want to shut down free speech is thankfully drawing to a close. I agree with Dr Carson and, by the way, dozens of Black leading figures that PC is damaging this country and should stop. I also accessed that link and what it really appears that Homer just had an instant dislike/hate for Mr Smith and this article resulted. I also did some deeper research, It appears He also slammed Mr Smith when he saw the print media covered Mr Smoth speaking about a safety issue in the neighborhood.

    Just wanted to throw in another validation in favor of Kogane, the new ramen place on Henry. We went right as they opened the other weekend and got three things: takoyari, vegetarian ramen, and spicy miso ramen. Speaking from what I tried, the takoyari and spicy miso were delicious and surprisingly filling. Allegedly, the vegetarian ramen was too salty and did not seem to garner a favorable review. I think a tea was ordered as well. Bill came to $30. Service and atmosphere were excellent. The staff were great with kids too.

    Wait a minute, are you talking about that silly “neighborhood watch” program that was in conjunction with the 84th precinct? That was so lame, they required you to cruse around in a car with a continuously flashing amber strobe-light on top, anyone could see it coming from three blocks away. One of my friends (Yes also part of the wall crowd) was in the program as he though it might look good on his resume. He said it was a joke that they barely made any calls and by the time the cops showed up the perps were long gone, as I recall the program was canceled after only a couple of years due to its ineffectiveness .
