    The day care center involved was illegal, but the Heights over the years had had several unregistered
    Day care operations. Look for an unusual # of strollers which jam the lobby and disappear at night.
    Several co op boards which instantly generate threatening letters over anything are “for some rea-
    son” totally silent and have a deaf ear when it comes to the pop up yuppie hatcheries….tragic incidents like this teach the real dangers of day care.

    Also weird, and if my imagination got the better of me I’d insist this is related to the aircraft exercises: at some point this afternoon someone replaced the big kid swings with infant swings at Pierrepont Playground. Jade Helm 15!

    Prez was definitely not in town that day, per the White House website and lack of police presence in the park and on the promenade. My guess is as good as anyone’s…
