Subway Service Alerts: Brooklyn Heights and Vicinity

This coming weekend–Friday evening, March 13 to Monday morning, March 16–there are no planned cancellations, route diversions, or station skips directly affecting service at any local stations, although C trains will be running on a reduced schedule, approximately every twenty minutes. The following week, each night from 11:45 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Monday, March 16 to Friday, March 20, Brooklyn bound A trains will be diverted to the F line between West 4th Street and Jay Street/MetroTech. This means no service from Manhattan to High Street, or from High Street into Brooklyn during these hours. During these same late night hours Tuesday to Friday there will be no Manhattan bound service at Court Street. Late nights throughout the week 3 trains will not be running, but 2 trains will, so there will be service in both directions at Clark Street and the 2/3 platforms at Borough Hall. For the convenience of those traveling into Brooklyn, 4 train service will be extended to New Lots Avenue. Also, late nights Monday to Thursday G trains will be running every twenty minutes.

For planned service changes that may affect travel on other parts of the system, either during the weekend or the following week, see MTA Info or The Weekender.
