Subway Service Alerts: Brooklyn Heights and Vicinity

This weekend (11:30 p.m. Friday, January 30 to 5:00 a.m. Monday, February 2) Brooklyn bound A trains will be re-routed over the F line between West 4th Street and Jay Street-MetroTech. Also during this weekend, C trains will be operating on a reduced schedule–once every 15 minutes–during their normal hours of operation, approximately 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. This means that, during these hours, there will be service from Manhattan to High Street. In addition, there will be no 3 train service this weekend, or during late nights (11:45 p.m.to 5:00 a.m.) each night Monday, February 2 to Friday, February 6. During these times (weekend and following week) 2 trains should be running as normal, so there will be service, although less frequent than normal, at Clark Street and at the 2/3 platforms at Borough Hall. During late nights from Monday the 2nd to Friday the 6th there will be no service on the 4/5 line at Borough Hall. Use the 2, N, or (to Manhattan) A as options. There are no other planned changes directly affecting service at local stations this coming weekend or during the following week.

For planned service changes that may affect travel on other parts of the system, either during the weekend or the following week, see MTA Info or The Weekender.
