Happy Thanksgiving. And congratulations to the (relatively) new owners of 212 Columbia Hts for having their scaffold up and down in not much more than a week, exposing a beautiful, newly painted white house.

    Happy Thanksgiving!

I am thankful for all the help and care that I received over the years from the nurses and doctors at Long Island College Hospital (LICH).

I am also thankful for our united coalition to save LICH!

I am thankful that I don’t get the urge to post that much and so don’t have to deal with logging in to Disqus very often. It only works about 20% of the time for me. Let’s see what happens now………

Nope – had to post as a guest, but it accepted me for this reply. Go figure.

And then because I refreshed the page, I have to sign in again.

Just because YOU don’t understand how things work doesn’t mean they’re broken.

  • Brixtony

Lighten up. I understand completely. It works intermittently even when the exact same procedures are followed. One shouldn’t need to sign on again after refreshing. It’s not well designed. Period.

There was a big commotion on Willow St between Clark and Pierrepont Wednesday night around midnight. A group of people were congregating and raising a moderate ruckus until they were seemingly shooed away by the police. Anyone know what was going on? There was a small protest there a few months ago as well. Some city commissioner lives there I think.

Just to make Homer happy, I’m thankful for hummus…!

It’s all about the money he expects to make from real estate “contributions”. That’s All Folks.
