Our friends at Community Board 2 tell us that there will be nighttime milling of Old Fulton Street between Front Street and the BQE this coming Thursday and Friday, July 25 and 26. According to the notice:
NIGHTTIME milling is scheduled for heavily trafficked streets where work during the day would have an especially negative impact. It is noisy, intrusive and makes sleeping difficult. The forebearance of affected residents is appreciated.
