The only planned change directly affecting service at any local stations over the long Memorial Day weekend is that, from 11:30 p.m. Friday until 5:00 a.m. Tuesday, there will be no service from Manhattan to Court Street or to the R/N platform at Jay Street-Metro Tech, as R an N (the N replaces the R at these stations late at night) trains will be diverted over the Manhattan Bridge between Canal Street in Manhattan to DeKalb Avenue in Brooklyn. You can take the R or N to DeKalb and catch a Manhattan bound R or N back to Jay or Court, or use the 4–you can transfer from the R or N to the 4 at 14th Street-Union Square–as an option. To get to Brooklyn from stops below 14th Street, you can use the 2, 3, 4, A, or C as options.
The following week, Tuesday to Friday, there will be no late night (11:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.) Manhattan bound service at Court Street or Jay Street, as N trains will be diverted over the Manhattan Bridge. Use the 2, 3, 4, or A as options. Brooklyn bound N trains will also be diverted over the Manhattan Bridge during these times, but at the same times Brooklyn bound Q trains will be diverted to the R/N line, so they will be stopping at Court and Jay. You can transfer from the N to the Q at Canal Street.
