@NYScanner reports: 225 Cadman Plaza NYPD on scene investigating a suspicious white powder found at the Federal court building. Update after the jump.

According to investigators, the call came in to police at around 4:20 p.m. Police say 20 people were exposed and that one person came in contact with the substance. That person is being evaluated.
