Filming takes place today, Tuesday, on upper Montague Street between Court and Clinton streets, for what appears to be HBO’s fourth season of “Boardwalk Empire.” Curiously, signs are imprinted with “Boardwalk Impire.” Doink!?
The series, set in Atlantic City, during the Prohibition era, stars Steve Buscemi. It has won 12 Emmy Awards and received 30 nominations, including two for Outstanding Drama Series. It also won a Golden Globe for Best TV Series Drama.
