The 3 train won’t be running in either direction from 11:45 p.m Friday until 5:00 a.m. Monday, and from 12:15 a.m.to 5:00 a.m. Tuesday through Friday the following week. 2 trains will be running at those times, so, bottom line, there will be less service than usual at Clark Street and on the 2/3 platform at Borough Hall this weekend and during the wee hours the following week. Apart from that, there are no planned cancellations or diversions that directly affect service at any local stations this weekend or the following week. There are some planned service changes in Manhattan and deeper into Brooklyn; for these, check MTA Info.
