Two taxis and a charter bus were involved in an accident on Furman St. at Doughty St. around 5:30 p.m. Friday. Both cabbies suffered only minor injuries, but the accident, coupled with the rainy weather, made rush hour traffic on Old Fulton St. more hectic than usual. (Photo: M. Hermann/BHB)
