According to the Brooklyn Paper, the pizza deliveryman caught on video camera vandalizing an elevator at 59 Livingston Street has been apprehended by police.

Cops say the defendant, Mohammed Ali, was caught carving “Dizzy CFM” into the wood-paneling of an apartment building between Court and Clinton streets on Oct. 17… .
Despite the statement by a source at the 84th Precinct that Mr. Ali had confessed, the article quotes his lawyer as saying he has not entered a guilty plea. He is scheduled for a court appearance on January 26.
