Bob Esnard, project director of the Zucker Group who have partnered with Sterling Equities on the Love Lane Mews condo project explains why things seem to be moving very slowly:
Brooklyn Eagle: ….Moving Along: “It’s one of the most complicated little jobs we’ve ever attempted,” he said, adding, “It’s been a very involved public process [referring to BSA and LPC approvals] but we’re building it exactly as we’re supposed to.”
Asked about an existing Stop Work Order posted on the smaller building on the east side of College Place, Esnard explained it had to do with not having the originals of the plans — only copies — onsite when city inspectors came.
