Halstead will be the rental agent for The Standish at 169 Columbia Heights, formerly a Watchtower residence.
Brooklyn Eagle: …Ready to Rent: Monthly rent prices for the studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments range from $2,200 to $5,900 and $7,200 to $15,000 for several “deluxe, larger one-of-kind apartments,” according to William S. Ross, director of development at Halstead Property, who is overseeing the leasing effort.
“We’re pleased to represent The Standish,” said Ross. “The Standish offers residents modern amenities along with a rich history and pre-war character in this prime Brooklyn neighborhood.”

The Jehovah’s sold it to an amateur company running it into the ground. Tenants move in and out like a homeless shelter and have turned Columbia Heights sidewalk into there private parking lot. The doorman is beyond rule and a male pig. The handyman is dumb/ pathetic and as smart as the company managing the building.
This is the company owning / managing the building into the ground. They know nothing of running a large building. http://www.tiholdings.com/169ColumbiaHeightsCD133.html
