Subway Service Alerts

This weekend, once again, Manhattan bound A trains will be taking the F line from Jay Street-Metro Tech to West 4th Street. Unlike last weekend, there will be no service at all on the C in either direction between Brooklyn and Manhattan. Bottom line: no Manhattan bound service, and less Brooklyn bound service, at High Street. F trains bound into Brooklyn will be following the C tracks from Jay Street to Euclid Avenue. G trains will end and begin their runs at Hoyt-Schermerhorn; travel to and from Williamsburg, Greenpoint, and faraway Queens will be unaffected. There are no planned weekend changes affecting service on the 2, 3, 4, R and N trains at Clark Street, Borough Hall, and Court Street, respectively.

The following week, between midnight and 5:00 a.m. Tuesday through Friday, Brooklyn bound A trains will run on the F line between West 4th Street and Jay Street. On those same days and times, On those same days and times, there will be no Manhattan bound service on the R/N line at Court Street, and there will be no service in either direction on the 4/5 line at Borough Hall. For the convenience of those traveling into Brooklyn during those times, the 3 train will run to New Lots Avenue.
