Holiday Concert Today (12/18) Featuring Sir Duke’s Nutcracker

The Brooklyn Symphony Orchestra will play a holiday concert Sunday (12/18) at 3pm at St. Ann and the Holy Trinity at Montague and Clinton Streets.

The program will be conducted by Nicholas Armstrong and will feature the Duke Ellington arrangement of the Nutcracker Suite among other selections.

In a press release Armstrong says. “Duke Ellington’s version of the Nutcracker is soulful and fascinating. ”

Admission to the concert is free with a suggested contribution of $15. Children are free.
