The Muses are Heard OR Former Capote Home Price Slashed Again

The price has been slashed again on 70 Willow Street, the Greek Revival home where Truman Capote once lived. This time, according to Curbed the asking price has been whittled down another million bucks to $13.995 million.

    I think it will go for $7.5. In fact, I’d bet on it. So AEB, hold out for another few weeks if you can!

    I saw Jennifer Conneley leaving the house with BH Real Estate Agent Karen Heyman a few weeks ago. Guess it was a no-go.

    I thought Jennifer Connolly sold her house on PPW, moved to the city (West St. I think) and now she’s back in the Heights.
    Very interesting. Maybe condo loft living was not to her liking.

    Anyone remember the small cottage that was down the driveway & in the backyard of 70 Willow St? I remember 2 gentlemen lived in it for many years. I think it may have been demolished about 10-15 years ago? Has the cottage been mentioned on this blog before & I missed it? (I’m certain it used to be there.)
