October 28 Fireworks Reminder

This evening at 7:45 PM there will be a brief 15 min. fireworks display in celebration of the 125th anniversary of the Statue of Liberty.

    I watched them at Pier 6 last night. It was a nice display – not quite as up front and personal as some of the ones seen over the East River in recent months though.

    if i find out who threw the party at 8 montague terrace last night there will be real fireworks. seriously, as you’re picking up your guests’ whiskey bottles and condoms off the block, you should watch your back. not everyone has my amazing self control.

    At 8 Montague Terrace there is a whole new group of lousy neighbors – the house had been in the same family for decades and sold a few years ago most of the tenants are GONE and this new crowd are rude.

    “Whiskey bottles and condoms” sounds like a party done right. I think some are just jealous they weren’t invited.

    jealous? i’m jealous of those who weren’t up until 5am with screaming drunks outside their window. and btw- they haven’t cleaned up yet, though the condom is gone.
