Another message from Heather White of the Brooklyn Heights Playground Committee:
The BHPC will be organizing a weekly clean-up of Harry Chapin Playground every Thursday night this summer (weather permitting). The first clean-up will be next Thursday June 30th starting at 5 PM.
Please join us with your kids and a broom and help us put the sand back where it belongs and generally keep the playground in tip top shape!
BHPC board member Ralph Hassard generously donates the sand for the sandbox at Harry Chapin (the Parks Department doesn’t do sand) and will be leading the weekly clean-ups.
