Mrs. Fink snapped this photo of a flyer posted along Hicks Street today. Apparently some sort of one-armed bird (penguin?) has gone missing. There is a phone number posted, but it’s indecipherable. Take a closer look at the poster after the jump and help us solve this mystery.
