In response to our earlier post about a proposal to allow metered livery cabs to pick up curbside hails in Brooklyn and other “outer boroughs”, Allan Fromberg of the TLC has asked BHB readers to take a survey of taxi usage which will “help us craft the plan in a way that really reflects the needs of riders through the city!” The survey is here.
