This Saturday, February 26, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., the Brooklyn Historical Society, 128 Pierrepont Street (corner of Clinton) will present a concert by Brooklyn resident and renowned jazz conga player Eric Frazier. His style incorporates elements of “jazz including swing, blues, bebop and latin jazz, as well as salsa, calypso, r&b, broadway, afro-beat and world music.” His In Your Own Time was the most popular jazz CD on radio in 2006. Admission is $15; for BHS members $12. Tickets may be purchased on line here or at the door on the day of performance. A video of Eric Frazier performing at BHS in 2008 follows the jump.
