Rats Invade Clinton Street

Looks like Clinton Street has been taken over by rats! A sign on the garbage bins at the Brooklyn Law School dorm at 148 Clinton Street reads:

Dear Neighbor:

There is still a widespread RAT INFESTATION problem on Clinton Street.

Please make sure your garbage bins are closed tightly. And an exterminator is working with you.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE OPEN BAGS OR PAPERS ON THE STREET OR OUTSIDE YOUR BINS.

REPORT THIS ISSUE TO THE CITY

TOGETHER AS A CLINTON STREET COMMUNITY WE CAN SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

    Hire a few cats.

I have a mice problem in my building on Montague unfortunately. The cupcakes are just too yummy.

The entire city is littered with garbage on every block, it is discusting, then people complain about the mice and rats in new york. Clean up after your dogs, sweep your sidewalks and tie up your garbage properly lazy people.

Still not as offensive as your assault on the English language, elfride.

What’s up Doc? Did you know it is a $65 fine for not moving your car, but a $250 fine for not picking up after your dog? Did you know that the dept of Sanitation is responsible for issuing tickets for not picking up after your dog? They have 30 poop agents working the city. They issue 2 tickets per day for bad doggie owners not picking up the warm doo. Go figure.

the city could have made soo much more money if they fine these dog poop nonscoopers..

They should have those meter maids issue dog poop tickets as well. They are everywhere as it is.
