P.S. 8 Kids Compete in National Geographic Contest

P.S. 8 teacher Melissa Browning and students have entered an eco-friendly video in National Geographic / Procter and Gamble’s “Find Your Footprint” contest. Students nationwide have entered videos highlighting one of three green initiatives – save water, reduce waste or save energy and are competing for “awesome prizes” for their school via online voting. The P.S. 8 kids are now in the running against 5 other classes for the GRAND PRIZE of $36,600 for their school.

    And does anyone know how lucky we are to have a teacher like Ms. Browning? And all the great teachers at PS8?
