Notify NYC advises us:
The New York City Department of Transportation, in conjunction with the Department of Sanitation, has suspended Alternate Side Parking Regulations for Tuesday, January 4, 2011 to facilitate snow removal. All other regulations, including parking meters, will be in effect.
