Members of the team Culver Express celebrate their victory in tonight’s Trivial and Convivial event at the Brooklyn Historical Society. The main floor event room was jammed for this contest, in which categories tested included general Brooklyn knowledge, Brooklyn authors, Brooklyn singers and their songs, spotting locations in Brooklyn from Google Earth photos, and spotting film locations from short clips as well as identifying the films. BHB vets Karl Junkersfeld and Nabeguy were present; their team, the Flatbush Red Hookers, came in second.
