As part of its Centennial Celebration, the BHA hosted its first annual Dog Show, bringing the spotlight to all sorts of local pooches. Many of the contestants went through sensory overload, much as I do when I walk into Bloomie’s. But all kept their cool and barked in appreciation when a dog named Opa—which had won Best Bark—was crowned Best In Show.
