    Can’t beat the convenience of the Heights. I wouldn’t trade that for anything, even for good restaurants and a park.

    Here’s a question on a totally different topic…

    Does anyone know what the deal is with 192 Columbia Heights? It’s been a padlocked, abandoned brownstone for as long as I can remember (since 1990?). I’m shocked given what these buildings are worth that no one has snatched it up by now. There’s gotta be a story behind that.
