Brooklyn Heights Open House – with Art!

221777-2.jpgSome folks will say this is a sign of a downturn in the local real estate market, while others will chime in and say it's an innovative way to stage an apartment. The NY Daily News reports that  Corcoran's Vicki Negron is "framing" her listing at 75 Livingston Street with artworks by 80s icon Jean Michel Basquiat, valued at over $2 million. They'll be on view beginning February 3.

    its very expensive apartment for its location although it comes with a great view. I noticed the floor plan on corcoran and i did enjoy that!

    The views are beautiful and breathtaking but the place needs work. Also its right on the corner of court so people who want more of a quiet tree lined BH block may not want to pay this much.
