Con Edison just made a friendly automated phone call alerting Heights residents that the full power has been restored. Now back to our regularly scheduled programming in the A/C.

    Well, nabe, the terrible (or wonderful) truth is that for many months my monthly electricity use was estimated.

    Then one fateful day a Con Ed bill arrived for $4,678,876,345,678.55.

    So much for the human imagination.

    Well, gee, TK , somebody has to pay for it! But what are those folks with the electronic ND tally board going to do if AEB does happen to pay up? Maybe Con Ed wouldn’t be forced into making power cuts if he did. We’re counting on you Arthur.
