BHA Launches New Book “Enjoying Brooklyn Heights”

tourbookcoverborderThe BHA just announced their new book, Enjoying Brooklyn Heights, will be available beginning this Saturday at 11 a.m. during their Picnic on the Promenade event.

The BHA is delighted to announce the publishing of a great new family resource to celebrate and educate about our neighborhood. ENJOYING BROOKLYN HEIGHTS is a fun-for-the-family “self-guided neighborhood walking tour for kids aged 4 to 104…. and their grown-ups.” The price is just $20, and once you see it, you’ll want a copy for your Heights library.

People of all ages, residents and visitors alike, enjoy strolling the streets of this neighborhood. Brooklyn Heights’ historic streets and houses hold many charms, some of which are easily overlooked! But if we slow down and look carefully, much can be seen and learned about the way life used to be lived here. It is our pleasure, with this self-guided tour, to share some of these Brooklyn Heights secrets with you.

Ashton, did you not savage the BHA in a comment you left just a few minutes after this one? http://brooklynheightsblog.com/archives/19509#comments

I can savage the BHA and congratulate the author of this little booklet concurrently, is there a problem with that? Have I broken a rule in the Brooklyn Heights etiquette guide?
