Photographer Simon Watson’s townhouse at 13 Cranberry Street is on the market and the New York Observer reports that the price has been reduced to $6.5 million from its original ask of $8 million. The paper provides some lovely photos of the interior and if you’re up for it maybe we can take up a collection to buy it and turn it into the BHB clubhouse. Historical note: The home was built in 1828 by sea captain Richard Mortimer.
