Wonderful home perfectly located in prime Brooklyn Heights overlooking the New York Harbor. This apartment is in a beautiful prewar landmark building. It is in excellent condition with newly renovated kitchen & 2 bathrooms. The tastefully done windowed kitchen together with the large dining room enjoy fabulous views of downtown Manhattan & The Harbor. The layout is gracious and welcoming with high ceilings and original details. With a large central living room and 3 bedrooms, one of which has City & Harbor views. The building also features a magnificent common roof deck which has panoramic views from the Statue of Liberty to the Brooklyn Bridge. There is laundry & 2 large private storage bins for this apt in the basement. There's a stroller closet in the foyer. There is a common garden too. Dogs are not allowed.Steps to the Promenade, restaurants & subways.

And for just about a million dollars you too can live in a building without an elevator!

Went to look – so curious what 1m buys – No way. This is absolutely NOT worth a million dolars… and, if it is, I’m selling my place and moving to Iowa to retire ;)

Dogs are not allowed? WTF??? I live in a dog-friendly building and have NEVER had a problem with dogs. Why are so many buildings against dogs?

Why are you posting a real estate ad on this blog? WTF?

Property owners (i.e. those with the deep pockets) are ultimately liable for any injuries (dog bites) caused to any visitors, trespassers even, in their building. Also, coop boards are going to feel the wrath of any shareholders who complain about late night (or any time of day) yappings and barkings. Those are basically the underlying reasons for the no dog rules. And I also have to agree with punko somewhat…the RE stuff should be left to brownstoner.com.

It sounds as if no one went up to the roof deck. it’s pretty spectacular.
