Went to look – so curious what 1m buys – No way. This is absolutely NOT worth a million dolars… and, if it is, I’m selling my place and moving to Iowa to retire ;)

Dogs are not allowed? WTF??? I live in a dog-friendly building and have NEVER had a problem with dogs. Why are so many buildings against dogs?

Property owners (i.e. those with the deep pockets) are ultimately liable for any injuries (dog bites) caused to any visitors, trespassers even, in their building. Also, coop boards are going to feel the wrath of any shareholders who complain about late night (or any time of day) yappings and barkings. Those are basically the underlying reasons for the no dog rules. And I also have to agree with punko somewhat…the RE stuff should be left to

It sounds as if no one went up to the roof deck. it’s pretty spectacular.
