Action at 20 Henry Street

A BHB tipster sends in this photo taken this morning at 20 Henry Street.   Construction has been halted at the site and a giant hole in the roof was recently repaired.

We’re looking into this developing story.  Anyone have details?

    WAS there construction happening? I’d rather think that was the problem…

    That hole in the roof had been there for months. I often suspected that the owners left it that way in the hopes that the resulting damage from rain and exposure would result in a “demolition by neglect” order from the city.
