The Brooklyn Heights Association will host its annual Halloween Parade on the Brooklyn Heights Promenade this Saturday, October 28, starting at 11:00 AM. It will start at the Clark Street entrance to the Promenade and proceed southward (left turn from Clark) to Remsen Street. It will be an opportunity for kids AND parents (see photo above) to show off their Halloween finery.
