City Council Member Steve Levin has announced a round of Neighborhood Assemblies, open to all, to discuss the implementation of the participatory budgeting process next year. The first meeting will be held this Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Borough Hall, 209 Joralemon Street, and another will be on Tuesday, October 22 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at St, Francis College, 180 Remsen Street.
