Update: Mr. Rosenthal has been found safe.
A Silver Alert has been issued regarding the disappearance of Richard Rosenthal, 87 years old, from Hicks and State Sts. Mr. Rosenthal was last seen wearing red sweatpants, a black coat, and white sneakers with no socks at approximately 3:45 PM on Sept 30th, near Court and Pierrepont. He is described as 5’5″ tall, 160 lbs, with gray hair and a thin build. Mr. Rosenthal wears a medical bracelet and suffers from dementia, so call 911 if you see him.
