From what people tell me, lots of folks live for Uni Sushi aka sea urchin roe. Feeling a little adventurous last night, I ordered a piece from Tenda Asian Bistro as it was on “special”. While I’ll leave the food writing and the full review to Mrs. Fink, I have to say that I’ve never experienced such a high level of terror over something in my mouth. Guess it’s different roes for different folks, eh?
