Happy Sixth Birthday Brooklyn Heights Blog

It was six years ago today, at 4:13 p.m., that we started Brooklyn Heights Blog with this post.

In those six years we’ve made some great neighborhood friends, learned and wrote about the fascinating history of the area and covered some really interesting characters.

Thanks for encouraging our behavior.

    Happy anniversary, Homer! I’ve now lived in this neighborhood for 12 years and count my blessings that I am part of a real COMMUNITY… not something I felt in previous NYC apartments on the UWS, Chelsea or Tribeca. This blog is an integral part of that spirit.
