Subway Service Alerts: Brooklyn Heights and Nearby

Update: There will now be no N or R trains in either direction at Court or Jay streets this weekend. This weekend — late Friday night, February 2 to early Monday morning, February 5 — there will be no service in either direction at Court Street or at the N/R platforms at Jay Street-MetroTech, as N and R trains will be re-routed to the Q line between DeKalb Avenue and Canal Street. 3 train service in both directions will be suspended all weekend, but for those traveling to or from Brooklyn, 2 and 4 trains will be making 3 train stops.

The following work week — Monday, February 5 through Friday, February 9 — there will be no late night Manhattan bound service at High Street, as Manhattan bound A and C trains will be re-routed to the Q line (which goes over the Manhattan Bridge) between Jay Street-MetroTech and West 4th Street-Washington Square. This means extra Manhattan bound service at York Street in DUMBO.

These are the PLANNED service changes for this weekend and for the following week. Always check MTA Info for unplanned service changes that may affect local service or service on other parts of your trip, or for planned service changes that affect stations to or from which you may be traveling.
