The bad news this long Memorial Day weekend (late Friday evening, May 26 to early Tuesday morning, May 30) is that there will be no service at Clark Street or at the 2/3 plaforms at Borough Hall, because 2 and 3 trains will not be running below 14th Street in Manhattan all through the holiday weekend. The good news is that 5 trains, which don’t normally serve Brooklyn on weekends, should be running here, and for those traveling to or from Brooklyn, 4 or 5 trains should be making all 2 or 3 stops. More good news: there will be extra service at Court Street and at the N/R platforms at Jay Street-MetroTech, as N and Q trains will be re-routed to the R line in both directions all weekend.
The following work week (Tuesday morning May 30 to Friday evening, June 2) there are, at present. no planned service changes directly affecting service at any local stations.
Always check MTA Info for last minute changes in planned service or unplanned service changes that may affect local service or service on other parts of your trip, or for planned service changes that affect stations to or from which you may be traveling.
