This weekend — late Friday evening, March 25 to early Monday morning, March 28 — there is only one planned service change directly affecting local stations. Manhattan bound F trains will be re-routed over the A/C line from Jay Street-MetroTech to West 4th Street. Consequently, there will be no Manhattan bound service at York Street in DUMBO, but extra Manhattan bound service at High Street. To get to the Lower East Side stations on the F line, take a Manhattan bound A, C, or F from High Street to West 4th, and change there for a Brooklyn bound F. Oh, yes, don’t forget that the 2/3 Clark Street station remains closed as elevators are replaced. Word is, this may be over within a month.
The following work week — Monday morning, March 28 through Friday evening, April 1 — late nights Monday to Tuesday through Thursday to Friday Manhattan bound N service at Court Street and at Jay Street-MetroTech will be replaced by re-routed Q trains.
These are the planned service changes directly affecting service at local stations. Always check MTA Info for unplanned service changes that may affect local service or service on other parts of your trip, or for planned service changes that affect stations to or from which you may be traveling.
